services with all the features of
Express Cargo by using state-of-art
technology and value added services
through real time shipment status.
Package Delivery Services (PDS)
has undergone a change in its business
model. The re-engineering has been
done to provide esteemed customers
of PDS a much better services, a
larger network, reach, reliable
and quality services and to better
symbolize our expanding range of
nationwide capabilities.
We have strategically opened our
operations from 12 Regional locations
instead of earlier 7 regions, each
of this locations are called as
Multi Service Center's as the name
suggest ,they will be our center
for monitoring and to control all
our operations ,this means more
focus on quality process, customer
service and proper handling and
on time connectivity of packages.
The company has a Pan India presence
through a network of 12 Multi Service
Center (MSC) and 250 Franchisee
which serves1500 locations across
India with it's headquarter at Mumbai.
